Meet Erica Knapp, your Waco Escrow Officer Assistant at Tejas Land & Title. She was born and raised in Waco, Texas. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Texas State in San Marcos and was in the finance, banking & lending industry for well over 9 years. She has two sons and two fur babies ~ one dog and one cat. When Erica isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, meeting new people, dancing, being outdoors and listening to music. She also enjoys learning new things and finds fun in any challenge that comes her way.
Jackie Morgan
Meet Jackie Morgan, an Escrow Officer at Tejas Land and Title. She was born and raised in Northwest Louisiana, coming to Central Texas in 2015. Jackie has two daughters and a sheepadoodle, and they reside in Belton. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and has over 8 years of experience working in land and title. When Jackie is not working, she enjoys serving at her church, spending time with friends and family, or playing tennis and pickleball.

SHANNON OSBORN
Shannon was born and raised in south Texas but moved up to north Texas for college. She has two fur babies, a shih tzu and a cat, and they are all new to Temple. Shannon has been in the mortgage industry the last 2+ years and has experienced nearly all the operations side of a loan. Her experience will help to ensure a smooth and easy transition through closing.

Jamie Starich, born in Del Rio, Texas moved to central Texas in 2005.
Jamie enjoys meeting new people, learning new things and any outdoor activities! She is a dog mom to a great dane and spends 98% of her time with her. Jamie is an Escrow Assistant at Tejas.

Meet Valerie Rushing, an Escrow Officer at Tejas Land and Title. She was born & raised in the Texas Panhandle, coming to Central Texas in 2008. Val and her fiancé, Jacob, have 3 children & currently reside in Killeen. She has worked in the title industry in Bell County for the past nine years. Her knowledge and experience means that your Real Estate needs will be handled in a timely manner.
